Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy explains how cancellations and refunds work for paid Geisro subscriptions. It forms part of our Terms of Service. Payments are processed by our reseller and Merchant of Record, Paddle.com; Paddle's own buyer terms also apply.

1. Free plan

The free plan costs nothing and can be used for as long as you like. There is nothing to cancel or refund on the free plan.

2. Cancelling a paid subscription

You can cancel a paid subscription at any time from the billing portal (reachable from the plan menu in the map editor). When you cancel:

your subscription does not renew again;
your paid plan stays active until the end of the billing period you have already paid for;
after that, your account automatically reverts to the free plan.

We do not charge any cancellation fee, and your Content is not deleted when you cancel.

3. Right of withdrawal (EU/EEA & UK consumers)

If you are a consumer in the EU, EEA or UK, you normally have the right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days. Because Geisro is a digital service supplied immediately, by starting to use a paid plan during that period you ask us to begin supply right away and acknowledge that your right of withdrawal is lost once the service has been fully supplied. Where the right still applies, contact us and we will arrange a refund of amounts due.

4. Other refunds

Outside the withdrawal right above, paid periods are generally non-refundable, including partial periods after a mid-cycle cancellation. We will, however, consider refunds in good faith - for example where the Service was unavailable for a prolonged period due to our fault, where you were charged in error, or where a refund is required by applicable consumer law. Nothing in this policy limits your statutory rights.

5. How to request a refund

To request a refund or ask a billing question, e-mail support@geisro.com from the e-mail address linked to your account, including the date of the charge and the reason for your request. Approved refunds are issued by Paddle to your original payment method; the time to appear on your statement depends on your payment provider.

6. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will change the "Last updated" date above. The policy in force at the time of your purchase applies to that purchase.
