Billing questions
How do I upgrade?
Sign in and open the map editor, then choose a paid plan from the plan menu. Checkout opens in a secure overlay and your account is upgraded as soon as the payment is confirmed.
Who processes my payment?
Payments are handled by Paddle, our authorised reseller and Merchant of Record. Paddle takes care of the payment, invoicing and any VAT or sales tax. Geisro never sees or stores your card details.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. You can cancel from the billing portal at any time. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you have already paid for, then reverts to Free.

What happens to my data if I downgrade?
Your existing projects, layers and objects are never deleted. If a lower plan's limits are smaller than what you have, you keep what you created but cannot add more until you are back under the limit.
